Information we collect
We collect only the information you submit through the discovery request form: your name, work email, company, role, website, and the operational context you choose to share. We do not sell information and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, prepare for an operational discovery conversation, and maintain a record of the inquiry. If a working relationship follows, information is used to understand and improve the workflows under discussion.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in a managed database with access restricted to OperantScale. We retain them for as long as needed to serve the inquiry or the engagement, and remove them on request.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by writing to sabeeh@operantscale.com.
